As always amazing staff. Best hotel in Krivoy Rog, you will not be disappointed. Many restaurant and hotel employees spoke English. Staff went out of their way to assist me. Staff arranged bus and taxi to a different city. Provided me with model and license plate number of taxi and bus. As an English speaker, this made it very easy to make my connections.

Park House Hotel
The front desk was very helpful and always available to call a taxi. The property is not near downtown, but 10-15 minutes by car and a taxi is about ($3). The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Nothing fancy, but a great value. The surrounding property is quite nice and a good restaurant and bar share the site.

Excellent hotel
Park House Hotel is an excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am an American and felt very comfortable in the hotel. Most of the staff is able to communicate in basic English. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. Restaurant is clean, staff helpful, food is excellent. Hotel grounds are well kept, gardens are maintained beautifully. The hotel is not really within walking distance of amenities or shopping, but taxi's are readily available and be arranged at the front desk. I would recommend this hotel to friends or anyone.

Quiet hotel, nice grounds, staff speak English.
Stayed here while visiting Krivoy Rog, Ukraine. The hotel was quiet, clean, friendly. Furniture was somewhat outdated and the rooms were smaller. Very affordable. Staff speaks some English which was nice as I did not speak Russian or Ukrainian. The restaurant was nice, good food, affordable. The grounds were well kept and quiet. Very nice to sit on the balcony, eat and drink, and not hear traffic.

What can I say! Staff lacks of English but they try to do their best to accommodate you, the hotel is far away from the center of the city; overall my experience and expectations are great compared with other hotels that I'd stayed in Ukraine. Definitely I'd stay in the same hotel I recommended it.

Отель превосходный! Тянет на 5 звёзд! Минусов нет вообще! Ненавязчивый дизайн, отличная мебель и компоновка номеров, просторные комнаты, зимний сад, фитнес-зал, бассейн, сауна... Дружелюбный персонал. Фантастически вкусные и разнообразные блюда в ресторане "Природа"( однозначно лучшем в Кривом Рогу и одном из лучших в Украине). А какие завтраки!!! Поверьте, мне есть с чем сравнивать! Я реально получил удовольствие от этого великолепия вкусов. Даже в трёхзвёздном Мишленовском ресторане при одном из выдающихся пятизвёздочных отелей Парижа завтрак был слабее! Молодцы! Так держать!

Hotel con ampia parco ben curato. Comodo parcheggio. Ristorante con terrazza arredato con gusto e fantasia. Cucina molto buona con particolarità interessanti nella preparazione dei piatti.piscina ottima ma forse con troppa percentuale di disinfettante.. Camere ampie e ben pulite. Parcheggio privato all'interno della struttura. La colazione merita una nota in particolare, scelta molto ampia e freschissima dovuta alla premura del personale Che provvedeva con dosipiccole all approvvigionamento dei cibi. Arrivato grazie al navigatore.
