"Staff worked very hard to accommodate us - especially the restaurant staff. Hotel was very clean but very busy. Hotel was fully booked. Pool water was nice. However, the beaches were littered with Horse poop. While the beaches are not the property of the hotel, I think the Hotel could exert more pressure on the people giving horse rides to clean up their mess. Not sure how this affects the ocean water quality."

"We loved our stay at Hotel Mio. The property is immaculate and the staff is really friendly. We traveled with our dog which was no problem; they even have a little welcome gift for their four legged guests. The rooftop pool was nice and relaxing and the breakfast spread impressive."

"Service in most areas was excellent, but the lobby bartenders, pool staff and coffee shop staff really stand out. Room is beautiful with high quality linens and pillows not often found in an all inclusive. Drinks were fantastic, especially those in the lobby bar. Food at all restaurants was great and far better than many other all inclusives. Loved that there are no buffets and the coffee bar is open all day for quick snacks and refreshments. Really enjoyed the nightly turndown service, though it was missed on our last day. A few things that we weren’t fans of: -High pressure timeshare appointment setting at check in -Long wait for breakfast (this may be worked out as they get out of their soft opening phase)."
