The staff were awesome and so friendly! My favourite thing about the hotel Is that the room looked exactly like the picture (which was why we booked it). The trains were a bit noisy but not as bad as we were anticipating. Hotel is in a great location and the snack provided in the morning was perfect.

Great Getaway
Lovely little get away with the hubby. They have done an excellent job around COVID standards while not taking away from the experience.

Our stay here was lovely. Check in was so easy and we barely had to interact with any staff at all. Within a 10 minute walk from anything you need.

Clean rooms friendly staff
It was nice. Room was very clean and staff were very friendly. The check in and check out were seamless, I really enjoyed the ease of that. If you stay in the base camp lodge try and get a second floor room. I say that because I did technically have a mountain view but the first parking lot deterred us from opening the curtains.
