Clean and relatively new hotel rooms in a convenient and quiet area of Wulingyuan. I recommend including the hotel breakfast in your stay if you’re going on a tour since it’s convenient and has both western and Asian options. Hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and main tourist area.

Friendly Staff. Very nice hotel. Free Washing Machine and Dryer service was great. Restaurant was under renovation, which was inconvenient and limited to only breakfast service

Great clean room and modern interior. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. The self serve laundry was a nice bonus for us because we had been travelling for a week.

Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan was amazing, the mountains and trails are unreal. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate when we were there, so it was mostly cloudy and wet. If you go, hope for clear skies, it makes a huge difference.

Amazing service

Exceptionally friendly staff that helped me with an urgent transportation crisis. Language was less of a barrier here than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in China.

8/10 Very good

Room was clean and located across the road from cable car to Tianmen Mountain. Air conditioning was set to 25 degrees Celsius and this couldn’t be changed so room extremely hot. Breakfast just ok.

6/10 Good

Facilities were great. Breakfast was diverse. Staff could be better with English. Be careful that you aren’t double charged. We prepaid with Expedia but were also charged by the hotel. The hotel also does not provide an invoice in English.

Excellent service, very clean hotel, I love the free laundry machines, and super helpful staff! From the moment I booked the hotel, Joanna the concierge contacted me about if I needed assistance with anything. I inquired about attraction tickets. She secured the attraction tickets for me and my family and notified me of the best days and times to attend the parks and events. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and care made our visit stress free. From the moment we arrived she greeted us and escorted us to our room. Her level of attention and hospitality was exceptional and went far beyond what we expected. The whole staff was in fact very helpful and truly accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay here, a beautiful place! Located conveniently to shops and the parks for exploring. The staff were helpful, and polite - the staff also folded our washing, the room was laid out and the gym was 24 hours too! Ideal for a busy travel schedule

Beautiful stay in Zhangjiajie with amazing views of the scenery. This hotel was right on the main road that was walkable for dining options. Amentities in the hotel were amazing and breakfast buffet had all kinds of options and varied day to day on certain dishes. Even had a live cooking station for breakfast.
