The level of attention to people's requests was awful, from the day he entered the hotel until the last day, we requested to turn on the heating system in the room, but they did not do anything and the heating system in our room did not work. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Hotel was walking distance from metro, bust station, Taksim Square and Istiqlal street. What I did not like was the elevator, it was too small and sometimes we had to wait a long time to get on it. But overall it was an enjoyable stay, and I would consider it for my next trip to Istanbul.
