Very clean. Breakfast was included and that was great but when items ran out, we were told there would be no more put out for the guest. If breakfast ends at a specific time, food should be offered to guest until the end time.

It was 10pm and loud. Sounded like someone was having a party. My kids and I woke up at 1am with cops banging on the door looking for a guy, for them to apologize for getting the wrong room number.

For a newly built hotel the design in relation to soundproofing was terrible. We had a toddler with us and were up very early every day. There were teenagers that sounded like elephants running up and down the halls of all floors past midnight. The one night staff (not her fault) was the only person on shift that night and could not leave the front desk to investigate, which is also a security issue for me that there was only one staff member in the building through the night.

Neues Hotel (Eröffnung 2025) – entsprechend gut war der Zustand unseres Zimmers. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend, nicht nur im Zimmer, sondern im gesamten Hotel. Normalerweise bevorzugen wir keine Hilton-Hotels, sind aber auf der Durchreise nach Tampa auf dieses gestoßen. Es bietet grosszügige Zimmer und eine sehr gute Lage. Direkt neben dem Hotel befinden sich größere Restaurantketten wie zum Beispiel Olive Garden, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Auch Sport- und Bekleidungsgeschäfte liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise ist dieses Hotel derzeit absolut empfehlenswert. *** New hotel (opened in 2025) – accordingly, the condition of our room was excellent. Cleanliness was outstanding, not just in the room but throughout the entire property. We usually don’t choose Hilton hotels, but came across this one during our road trip to Tampa. It offers spacious rooms and a very convenient location. Major restaurant chains like Olive Garden are right next to the hotel and within walking distance. Sportswear and clothing stores are also located nearby. Highly recommended for a one-night stay while passing through.
