Amazing stay! Great location across the street from the Rainbow Bridge, several food options without even having to step outside, view of the falls in some rooms. Room was beautiful, walk in shower, and comfortable bed, no noise issues.

Very clean room with a balcony view of the U.S and Canadian Falls, very friendly and hospitable staff, Very very good breakfast, within in short walking distance to all attractions on Clifton Hill Street, Falls Avenue and Ferry street where all of the restaurants are located. Excellent hotel.

Went with Grandkids and they loved the whole experience from the room, to the pool to breakfast. They thought it was 5 star all the way

The room was small but how big do you want the room. We had a double queen room with a fallsview. The cleaning, breakfast and dinner staff were outstanding. The buffet breakfast is definitely worth getting. We got windows seats for our breakfasts and dinners.

Absolutely incredible stay! The staff was so accommodating with every request. Parking was easy and included, the room and the view were impeccable, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. I’ll be back!

Beautiful room but we had a squeaky air conditioner that thankfully would stop if we gave it a few pats. Toilet seat was loose. But the pool was amazing especially having adult time only! More explanation about parking would have been nice during check in.

We stayed in a balcony room on t e 11th floor and we wouldn’t have gone another route. It was peaceful with a perfect view of the falls and the nightly fireworks. My only complaint is that there isn’t any storage space in the bathroom and the lighting isn’t bright enough in the bathroom.

We loved the stay and the view from the room of the falls was gorgeous only thing we didn't like and couldn't understand especially due to the amount we paid is the breakfast not being free

6/10 Good

Staff was good , breakfast was great , but room is way costly when compared to quality of room , rooms need renovation big time especially AC system , view was amazing facing the falls , just the quality of rooms and hotel in general when compared to price, not that worth it to be honest

8/10 Very good

When I booked I thought I was going to get a nice view of the Falls. Unfortunately our view was the corner of another building and a partial view of the parking lot. The bathroom in our room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned because I saw water stains on the floor and some scum stains in the shower. Also I felt like the sheets hadn’t been changed prior to our arrival. It’s a great location though and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The room was cramped and a little rough around the edges, but worth it for the view.
