This really is a lovely hotel. Set in the heart of London and part of St Pancras Station. The hotel building has a long history and it may not be immediately obvious that most of the hotel rooms are actually in a new building that is concealed by the original façade. The rooms are big and bright and the staff are very friendly. This is our second time staying and it won't be the last.

It wasnt clear how to lower the air conditioning temperature. Too hot all night long. Loved the ambience of the hotel and discovered that amazing main staircase from the original hotel. Staff were attentive and courteous. We upgraded and used the Chambers Lounge which was a great experience. The food, drinks and breakfast in this lounge were plentiful. We went to the Station Bar in the evening which had a great atmosphere although the drinks are a little pricey, but well worth a visit if you are staying here.

The hotel is luxurious and stylish. We booked a loft room because it was the cheapest but it was adequate and also stylish just smaller than other rooms. We took our dog he was welcome in all areas of the hotel. Beds and pillows very comfortable and despite city location the hotel was quiet for a good sleep.
