A good value. Our room was clean & i appreciated the quality of solid components. Badly needs new beds, lumpy & sheets won't stay on mattresses. It needs accessable plug ins for all the electronics nowdays and a larger TV.

This was a disappointing stay. We saw pictures on the site and it looked like a nice enough place for a reasonable price. When we got there and checked in, they told us we had to get in the car and drive behind the main hotel to an older, felt like a much older, motel we were not happy about staying in.

Over all the stay was good. We had fire alarms go off at 3 am. So that was fun. Beds were comfy. It was very smoky but realize that it is a casino.

I stayed on a Thursday night and it was only $40. I stayed in the rooms just up the hill. I actually think ut was better than staying in the casino as it was very quiet. Where can you find a room for $40 these days? Room was clean. I would stay there again.

The room was clean, bed lumpy, televison remote did'nt work. Check in time was very slow, only one person checking in, answering phones, taking reservations calls.Staff was kind and curtius.

We had an upstairs and my mother has difficulty with stairs (which were very dangerous), when booked never said we wouldn't stay in the main hotel and went to the hillside, which does not have an ice machine, you have to go to the casino to get ice. Not cool if you are going to put people over there you should at least have ice!

The unit was a typically room. Great price! However, the Expedia description did not mention it was not located within the casino. You have to walk outside to get to the row of economy rooms. Luckily the weather was good the night we stayed.

The property is older, but it was nice. I liked the hotel, but didn't care for the Casino. You are limited on the types of drinks they will serve you, where as the Casino across the street will serve you anything. I would stay at the hotel again, but not play at the Casino. booked a room for 2 nights when we got there they gave us the keys and all was good. later that night we could not get into our room because they said it was the wrong room. After they went into the room to verify that all of our stuff was there they fixed the keys. next day i went in to confirm that we were ok and they said that we had checked out and the room was rented out to someone else. After an argument we finally got back into the room. NEVER AGAIN WILL IS STAY AT BARTONS

Check in was delayed over two hours because they were short staffed. We kept getting told to come back in 15 minutes and when we did they would send us a way again. Many of the machines were broken. We decided to try the "highly recommended" prime rib buffet at $35 a head and it was truly awful. The selection was sad and the food was bland and overcooked, and the desserts were stale. Next time we go to Jackpot, we will spend the few extra dollars to stay at Cactus Pete's.
