Lovely aside from transportation options
The employees were all very helpful and lovely people, the breakfast was good, the restaurant was very nice, I loved the room, and the Wi-Fi worked. The only issues I had were the very low lighting, the Wi-Fi wasn't secure so my laptop wouldn't load any pages for security reasons, and the location was rough. Getting into Florence was a 13 minute walk on a busy road with no sidewalks to get to the bus. It was terrifying. I would not recommend people with disabilities to stay here if they needed the public transportation, there simply isn't a safe route. I think the hotel could benefit from trying to arrange a shuttle service that picks up and drops off at the hotel. Other than that, this was an incredible stay for the price.

Back to the 70‘s! Gottseidank haben wir hier nur eine Nacht verbracht. Hotel ist massiv veraltet, nicht sauber und es riecht auch nicht besonders gut! Beim Abendessen haben wir uns lieber für Mc‘Donalds entschieden, was auch, als wir den Frühstücksraum betraten, definitiv seine Berechtigung hatte! Im Fitnessraum hatte es ca. 35 Grad -lüften nicht möglich- und die Geräteauswahl mit 2 Laufbändern und einem Ergometer auch nicht gerade das Gelbe vom Ei. Zum Glück waren wir nur auf der Durchreise!

Hotel assolutamente da ristrutturare!!
Purtroppo siamo rimasti insoddisfatti della struttura, sicuramente necessita di una adeguata ristrutturazione. È strano pensare che nel 2019 esistano ancora alberghi degli anni ‘80, con moquette puzzolenti, tende luride e complementi d’arredo antiquati, come ad esempio il tv, il termostato e tutto l’arredamento in genere. Il minibar era vuoto e spento, con all’interno una misera bottiglia d’acqua. Letto con cuscini ultra piatti, abbiamo dovuto chiedere alla reception altri cuscini perché in camera non c’erano. Inoltre la piscina è fuori uso perché “in rifacimento”, cosa che non è stata specificata al momento della nostra prenotazione. Tutto è molto trascurato e anche della colazione non possiamo dare un giudizio positivo, abbiamo trovato dei vermi sulle prugne! Siamo dovuti letteralmente scappare da questo posto e prenotare altrove, nonostante avessimo intenzione di fermarci ancora qualche altro giorno. L’unica nota positiva è il personale.
