Very enjoyable, safe and fun experience. There was a few minor issues with the tv programming but we troubleshooted that. I stayed at a few other Orlando/kissimmee locations this trip and noticed a common fatigue of persons serving at front desk positions . There may be a need to look into this on a wider scale . The high continuous volume of visitors to the area is probably making front desk workers a little less motivated to ensure each visitor must feel welcome .
There may be a need for hourly shifts for front fest workers
