Very nice hotel well situated in old town of Edinburgh close to all the sights and within walking distance of railway station. We had large room with bathroom including separate double shower. Clean and tidy, room was little careworn but otherwise all good. Tea and coffee facilities inc. There was well stocked bar with pleasant ambience, we loved the decor and general layout. Breakfast was comprehensive with plenty of choice. All in all I would highly recommend this property.
