Bom Custo x beneficio para poucos dias.

O hotel é bom. Vale pela localização. Cafe da manha bom e staff muito prestastativo, no entanto, se eu fosse gerente desse hotel daria um curso de reciclagem de como lidar com o publico para um determinado recepcionista que fica justamente durante o dia onde o fluxo de hospedes é maior. De contrapartida, tive um problema no quarto, no qual foi prontamente resolvido por uma outra recepcionista no dia seguinte. Ou seja, nem tudo está perdido! Por isso, vale se hospedar nesse hotel.

Sabonete só colocavam um, nós éramos duas pessoas. Toalha de rosto não existia…Copo no quarto e cofre tb não! Toalhas velhas e rasgadas. Ar condicionado barulhento e janelas sem cortar a acústica do barulho da rua! Trouxemos um presente sentimental e o mesmo desapareceu do quarto. Café da manhã, seis dias e a mesma coisa todos os dias. Desde que hotéis.com virou expedia ficou péssimo o atendimento. Aguardo resposta.

Otima experiencia ! Sempre me hospedo neste hotel. Limpeza boa, chuveiro bom, cafe da manha completo ! Apenas deixo como sugestao colocar mais tomadas, de preferencia proximo da cama . Somente duas tomadas no quarto. Temos mtos dispositivos, mais de 1 pessoa, fica complicada essa questao !
