The area in which the hotel was in, did not have power. The hotel had a generator that only powered the general areas but not the rooms. The hotel advised to sleep in our rooms until electricity returned. Myself and my colleague opted for a nearby hotel with power. Hotel does not want to refund the 1 night we did not stay in their hotel because “it was outside of their control.” The only option given was to sleep in a room With power.

The hotel is in a very nice and safe area. Breakfast is good. The room is very small and dark but it was fine by me. On check-out I left my luggage to be picked up later. However it was handed to another customer who did not notice the bag (which had no resemblance to theirs). It was fixed within 30 minutes with my bag sourced but it was a scare.

Sem dúvida uma ótima opção de hospedagem na região. Gostei principalmente da prestatividade dos funcionários - atenderam muito bem as nossas solicitações - e do café da manhã. Localização bastante conveniente. O único ponto que eu não gostei tanto foi da iluminação do quarto, mas acho que é uma tendência que os hotéis mais novos adotem esse layout sem luzes no teto, com o ambiente um pouco mais escuro. Acaba sendo só mesmo uma questão de preferência. No geral, eu recomendo o hotel e voltaria a me hospedar lá tranquilamente.

O estacionamento do hotel é pago - R$ 50,00. Achei caro e nao tem nenhum aviso sobre isso. No quarto so tem 1 travesseiro por pessoa. Nao tem nada higiene pessoal. So sabonete liquido. A cama tinha uns buracos no colchão. O cafe da manhã estava muito bom, com bastante variedade. Gostei bastante.
