Location is excellent close to central railway station, city hall & castle island. Hostel is clean & quiet but except you have find plastic cup for brush teeth. Breakfast is good & reception is very friendly & helpful. For sure we will come back.

Nah. Not really. Unless you’re on a strict budget.
Walking distance from the train station, and staff is helpful. However, lines at the counter are always long and the beds are uncomfortable. You get one towel, one blanket and one pillow case. Light in the bathroom is motion sensored, so you have to stick your arm out of the shower every 3 minutes to wave it back on. 1 star accommodation. 2 star at best. Not hotel-like at all. Pay a few dollars more and stay in a proper hotel. reat views from the higher floors.

It's a hostel - understand that and you'll be fine
It's a hostel. It's different from a hotel. Don't come expecting a hotel. Good: Rooms are clean. Linens are clean. Private bathrooms! Breakfast is tasty. Bar is great. Bikes can be rented. Beds are comfy. Comforter was a nice touch. Game room for kids. Great: Super fast WiFi. Location is superb. No way to be anywhere this central at this price. Not so good: The staff sometimes gets overrun. I saw huge lines waiting to check in as I was trying to leave. Also, they apparently don't let you leave your luggage in a room on the day you leave? This was odd and a big bummer. They let us store our luggage the day we arrived... but apparently the luggage room was too full for us to leave our stuff while we walked around waiting for our flight. Also, the elevators can get a bit busy. No problem - we took the stairs. Tips: Bring some soap for the shower. Don't expect your linens to be changed daily. (Who wants this anyway? A colossal waste of energy.) Don't expect AC - again this wasn't a problem as it doesn't get that hot in Copenhagen and cracking the window cools down the room fine.
