"Room has nice views. We booked 2 rooms and was given rooms that came with another door that separated us from the common corridor. Felt exclusive and private. The bathroom lighting can be improved by having more switches. My room only has 1 switch to either on or off all the lights in the bathroom. Breakfast spread was extensive and some a la carte dishes like steak, pho and French toast were good! After check out, Concierge was very helpful in helping us direct the Grab car to the hotel's main entrance. Skillfully loaded all our luggage for us. Hotel security was good with staff around at the L1 lobby. To get to rooms, guests had to change lifts at L7 using room keys"

Room was good size to open 2 big luggages but it’s no views as it’s close to next building. Air-con works well. Pool is small size and the roof top bar has great city views of HCMC. Breakfast is okay and small portion. I asked for late check out and paid 50% of the room rate. It’s quit pricey but it’s okay for the unbearable hot and humidity outside. Overall, it’s a great stay and I don’t mind to stay here again if I visit HCMC ."
