Tommy was amazing. He is very helpful and friendly. I booked my Cu Chi tunnels tour with him after arriving and he made it so easy. It really made my trip easy and I was able to focus on enjoying my time in Ho Chi Minh City without worrying about the details. Location is good for exploring the city by foot although the hotel is happy to help you organise transport if needed. I would definitely stay again if/when I return.

Bath leaked and was not fixed. Shower broke and was not fixed. WIFI broke in the new room I booked and had a flashing lighy showing there was no connection. Informed the owner/manager and it wasn't fixed six hours later. Telling me it was my phone. When checking out at 7am the receptionist was alseep, preventing my deposit being returned...the list goes on and on. My stay in HCM city was absolutely ruined my stay atbyour hotel.

L'hôtel des tâches propres. Pas cher mais bien sûr vous recevez pour ce que vous payez. Équipement de la chambre vétuste, c'est peut-etre propre mais ça n'en a pas l'air. C'est pas cher mais j'ai trouvé mieux pour le même prix. Je me suis fait reprocher de demander un changement de chambre en fin d'après midi et non après avoir fait le check-in. Mais comment savoir que les toilettes sont bouchées avant de les utiliser ?
