A find! Fantastic location and great value.
We needed a place near Regatta Harbor and the price was right. This turned out to be a great find!
The neighborhood looks run down but that’s old Miami. There was a pile of broken glass in the road for the two days we were there. We never felt unsafe but I wouldn’t consider it walkable. We rode our e-bikes everywhere. Lots of great stuff nearby.
There is a parking spot to the side of the house.
Checkin was done by email. There was a key in a lock box. Everything went smoothly.
Inside the decor is clean, and tasteful. The pictures accurately represent the space. There is a small kitchen with the basics. We didn’t use it. The master has a very comfortable queen bed. Dresser, TV, ceiling fan.
The back bedroom has two twin beds, a small desk and mirrored closet doors. It was spacious and the bedding was very comfortable. It can get warm during the day, especially the morning. A ceiling fan would be a nice addition.
The back bedroom has a door to a fenced in patio. Nothing fancy but a good place for a coffee or a smoke. There is a small table and chairs and party lights you can plug in.
There is 1 bathroom so you have to plan bathroom time. The water pressure is weak but for 2 days it was fine.
Miracle mile is 1.5 mile away, as is Regatta Harbor, many public parks & tons of great restaurants.
Check out was simple. They email instructions the day before regarding towels, garbage, etc.
Overall- A Fantastic location and great value. We will be back!
