Generally a comfortable apartment, though dated and several issues around loose tiles, jammed balcony-door lock, scuffed walls, and other signs of wear and tear. The big problem: be aware of how they handle any issues that arise. We had no hot water for over 48 hours due to nearby municipal roadworks. This was not their fault, but how they responded was the issue. We asked for alternative options (for showering, doing laundry, washing dishes, etc.), but were provided none. Then, we asked for a proportional refund for the affected nights, which we understand is required under Spanish law; they said they'd "check on it and get back to us," then ignored several follow-up messages and never responded again. If something goes wrong during your stay, don't expect their help or even a response.

We really like this property and especially the location was amazing. It wasn’t 100 clean when we got there but was decent. The only thing negative I have to say is that we asked for an early check in of just one hour and they wouldn’t accommodate us which was unfortunate after a 9.5 hr flight. But other than that good space for a family and easy to walk everywhere

The location was excellent, but unfortunately the apartment itself didn't match the price we paid. Our unit faced Pau Claris and was quite noisy. The floor had several broken tiles, the kitchen was only marginally functional, and the furniture — especially the living room couch — felt unclean. Perfect for our first visit to Barcelona. Conveniently located,safe, & comfortable for 4 people. Host was very communicative. We had everything we needed- enough towels , beds were comfortable, & pillows were amazing. I hope to return soon and may this unit be available for my next visit.

Vi rekommenderar verkligen lägenheten varmt! Barnen älskade verkligen poolen 🏊‍♀️. Det var också ett stort plus att lägenheten var så välutrustad – vi uppskattade verkligen de extra handdukarna, diskmedlet, soppåsarna, köksutrustningen, poolhanddukarna, kaffekapslarna, torkstället och mycket mer. Alla dessa omtänksamma detaljer gjorde vår vistelse ännu mer bekväm.
