I arrived at the property at 8 pm, but couldn't communicate with the owner to provide the access to the room.
The owner only pick up the phone once time, stating that his employee will come down to meet me at the front desk to provide the access info, but his staff never showed up. I called again several times but the owner didn't pick up the phone, I wait until 10 pm, and very tired after the the long trip. Need to check in to rest, but they never showed up. Then I have to called the Expedia for help, Expedia cancelled and relocate me to different hotel.
Unprofessional communication service.
