Formerly Park Inn by Radisson, a four star hotel, now for the price of a cheap 3 star hotel. The rooms, building, gym, staff etc are excellent, and they offer it for a fraction of its value. It’s great! Clean, fresh, comfortable, great view.

A brief 2 night stay enroute to a cruise. Booked it for the balcony suite and view. All elevator lights not functioning. Had to use service elevator with long waits. The pool not very well kept up. Hallway lights on sensors so walking in the dark till you hit a sensor. No good restaurants close by.

Whenever we have work events in santos we love to stay at this hotel because it’s so close to the beach however, in the 3 times we stayed here, if we stay longer than 1 night, the wifi doesn’t work for the rest of our trip. The TVs are connected to the wifi so you can’t watch anything or use the wifi on your personal devices. Definitely not ideal for work trips

O hotel atende a proposta, o quarto bem simples, a tv só tinham alguns canais disponíveis e o Netflix sem senha, não tinha acesso ao YouTube O café da manhã ofertado no local não vale a pena é melhor buscar fora do hotel, existem mais opções. Porém da parte estrutural foi muito bom
