Amazing hotel! The stay at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge was fantastic — great service, beautiful rooms, and an unbeatable location. My only recommendation would be to improve the after-hours dining options. For a hotel of this size, it would be nice to have more than just a sushi place open late. I ended up walking a block away for more choices, but overall, a great experience!

Great location Room slightly dated and bit tacky but clean and comfortable. Shower water pressure was soo bad and water was either burning hot or freezing cold so had to use bath. When checking in last on front desk was very rude and unhelpful.
