I have stayed at the Dighton on many occasions over many years and always found the hotel to be very clean, the staff are very professional and courteous, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The restaurant serves an extensive menu which is reasonably priced in my opinion and the buffet breakfast also has an extensive choice.

Typically Portugeuse with great staff
The hotel is ideal for anyone wanting to stay in this area. The restaurant has an excellent choice for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is adequate but not the best ever, rather typical of European hotels. If you want a quiet room then ask for one at the back of the hotel as the road at the front is in use from very early in the morning.

Room was comfortable. Staff were also helpful and friendly. Great central location. As I was leaving early the next morning they arranged for some breakfast for me to bring with me which I really appreciated. Problem with the TV got fixed very quickly.
