We had direct access to the pool but were missing 2 chairs and a small table like the rest og the rooms upstairs. Rooms are very nice and comfortable but the matress is a bit too hard for me. Staff are very nice the service. Breakfast is ok but not the best. there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

This place was incredible. The location is walking distance to Kata Beach and many nearby restaurants, market and taxis. The staff here was wonderful. Very nice and accommodating from the moment we checked in. Every interaction I had with staff was pleasant and they really take pride in making you feel welcome and taken care of. The morning breakfast buffet was also great. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Awesome staffs!
We stayed 6 nights at Chanalai Romantica. As soon as we checked in the room, there was a water leaking from the ceiling, staffs changed our room immediately and felt very sorry for what had happened. We were really ok, had a wonderful time during our stay, especially staff named Eye and Pitt were always sweet and adorable. If I were the boss of this resort, I would give them bonus or promotion, because it’s really hard to hire staffs like them who are passionate and always caring about the guests.

Great way to begin our Phuket vacation
Service staff were superb and went out of their way to help, particularly in booking a ride via local app as we departed. The pool and rooms were clean and comfortable. We did not stay in the pool access rooms but this was not a problem as it was easy to get to the swimming pool. The bathtub in the room was well-functioning and appreciated after a day out in the sun. Breakfast was very good with both Western and Thai dishes available. The hotel's location is good, with a well-stocked minimart 50m south and Coconut thai food restaurant another 50m further.
