Great Experience Staying Several Nights
This new hotel provides super convenient service and incomparable price to value experience overall.

Good hotel
It’s a good stay with hot springs. It’s a bit far from the main shopping areas but very convenient for transit.

Good location, comfy stay
Great location in the middle of Namba. The room was small but enough comfy, the pillow is the greatest part of the room. I had a nice sleep every night also because of the pillow. The facilities was also great.

A brilliant stay
Honestly was so impressed with this hotel, everything was so well thought and placed - it was very clean and comfortable, a 711 opposite and inside the hotel! Areas felt clean, lots of lifts & laundry facilities that you could read via the tv. Great location less than 5 minutes walk to the station

Great value and location. Small rooms.
APA Hotels are always a good value option if you can live with the room sizes. This hotel is just newly opened (dec 24) and is in great condition. I just wish they would drop the “no tattoo policy” in the spa at least a few hours every other day.

Highly Recommend
The hotel was wonderful. It was close to rail, restaurants and shopping without being in the middle of everything. It has restaurants on site. The rooms are efficient and having the ability to cast to the tv to watch in my language was great.

8/10 Very good

We had a great stay, near JR and metro stations and plenty of restaurants to eat at. Breakfast buffet had lots of options and was delicious. My only complaint is if your not used to japanese style mattresses and pillows the beds were very uncomfortable.

Possible New Fav in Osaka
First time staying at this location and while I prefer to be closer to the Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi area this is within walking distance. New hotel with lots of amenities. Worth coming back and staying longer.

Fabulous stay at this hotel. LOVED IT!!
We stayed here twice during our 9 day long visit to Japan and absolutely loved this hotel. I left a longer review for the longer part of our stay. I would 100% come back and can't imagine staying any place else if visiting Osaka. It was our home away from home and when weren't there we missed it and were glad to come back. Everything about it was all we needed it to be and way better than expected.

A great value
I was not expecting this place to be great but it really is great. It’s an interesting setup architecturally. The entire hotel is actually open to the outside. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Water bottles fillers! Thank you! Nice bar. Nice breakfast buffet. Just awesome. No issues at all.

Nice hotel closed by to Namba, Osaka
The place is well equipped and I had a very relaxing stay. It was a cost-effective place to stay. The room is comfortable with everything you need within.Besides it is just 2 min walking from JR Namba or 5-10 min away from Namba-osaka Station, so you can change of trains easily.

Simply the Best..
It’s just perfect for cleanliness, hygiene & condition of the facilities. Only felt that breakfast is too expensive. APA Hommachi charges half the price of what they charged here otherwise would include it. Love the onsen.

8/10 Very good

Very small rooms and too pricey
Rooms are very small it is quite claustrophobic. For the price paid it was not worth it. The only saving grace was the excellent spa and sauna. The 7/11 is very handy as well. Staff were very helpful and friendly but will need more English speaking training.
Jim, 2-night trip

Small Room
The room is very very small and there is insufficient to place the luggage trunks
Wai Ming, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Very Cramped rooms
Brand new hotel so rooms were clean. Rooms are extremely compact, No space to walk in the room, Very cramped. Luggage needs to be stored under the bed. Very small bathroom, smaller than a cruise room.
Nilesh, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Poor service on luggage storage on sunday morning. And it is not reasonable for the whole hotel at the same check out time. It takes 20 mins waiting for the lift and more than 30 mins for luggage storage. Also this hotel rejected the airport luggage services. This hotel has 40 floor with at least 40 rooms per floor. Please consider to arrange difference check out time to release the pressure on the life and luggage service. Also it is poor arrangement to ask the women staff wearing a high heeled shoes to do the luggage storage services. Please consider your employee ‘safety.
pui ling, 4-night trip

You can’t check in until 3pm!!!
It’s a nice hotel. I think they need to put water in the room because it’s freezing the second you step outside the door and walk down the hallways with a jug, makes me feel like I’m camping. Got charged an extra hour for not checking out at 10am yet nobody told me I had to. You can’t check in until 3pm and that’s my biggest gripe. Half the days gone?

LOVED our home away from home!
We spent a total of 7 of our 9 nights in Japan at APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower. I can't express how much we loved this hotel. At the end of every long day we were so excited to come "home". Everything about this hotel was amazing. We had connecting rooms that slept 4. Having to full baths was wonderful. The deep furo style tubs were dreamy. The beds and comforts comfortable. The room temperature control very responsive and effective. It was cold when we stayed and it warmed quickly and stayed warm. The room amenities were above and beyond. Having a 24 hour 7-11 right there in the hotel was fantastic and we all agreed it was the best one with the friendliest staff of any Konbini we visited. The bath house which was included was wonderful and I only whish I had taken advantage of it more. The laundry room was great and watching our progress of our clothes on our tv was fun. The staff were all friendly and very professional. The only slight negative was the wait for the elevator in the morning around check out time but that's expected. We can't wait to go back to Japan and no matter our itinary I can't imagine not making plans to go back to our home away from home on Osaka Namba.
Laurice, 5-night trip

4/10 Fair

Innovative Concept that doesn't work
Highlights: The hotel was new/clean and very close(walking distance) to the bus terminal to the airport. Convenient 7/11 on the 4th floor in the building. Lowlights: The rooms were extremely tight (incl. washroom) but perhaps par for the course, the lobby extremely tight and check-in process chaotic. Checkout was at 10am (30+ floors of 50+ rooms per floor) could not get an elevator during this time. Lobby resembled Grand Central Station during rush hour with tonnes of people lining up to drop luggages off for storage. Lobby too small for the capacity of the hotel. Could never get the temperature quite right despite having access to the thermostat. Room service would hang a bag of fresh towels and amenities on your door if you chose not to have your room cleaned (which was designed to make for an efficient process but lots of waste because it provided you with stuff that was not required (opposite effect of eco-friendly). The hallways were exposed to the outdoor air which makes sense as they save on heating and cooling common space but it felt like staying at a motel, not good, not bad but weird. Verdict: Would not stay there again.
edna, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

The Coldest and Smallest Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed At I was excited to stay at this newly opened hotel, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. I booked a connecting room for my family of four, so we had two rooms, but they were so small that there was barely any space to open our suitcases. The bathroom had a bathtub, but it was so tiny that even an adult would struggle to crouch inside. There wasn’t even enough space for a small trash bin, so we kept tripping over things whenever we used the bathroom. The biggest issue was how cold the hotel hallways were. Without a coat, it was impossible to walk around, and it seemed like there was no heating in the corridors at all. I was looking forward to the public bath, but the area in front of it was even colder, making it the perfect place to catch a cold after bathing. The bath itself was not bad, but there were no towels provided. Guests had to bring their own from their rooms and carry them back after use. However, since the rooms were so small, there was no space to put the used towels. The biggest problem was that the public bath was freezing. Even in the middle of winter, cold air—almost like air conditioning—was blowing from the ventilation above the shower area, making it very uncomfortable. It was impossible to shower unless you stayed inside the hot bath. The dressing room was just as cold. Not all, but some reception staff were surprisingly unfriendly, which is quite unusual for Japan.
