Booked a queen bed with window, the room was tiny felt like a cabin in a cruise ship, the staff were lovely but glad we were only staying one night,

8/10 Very good

Perfectly located right in the centre of Bath facing the theatre, the hotel is immaculately clean and has a very nice, small bar area at the front. I would describe the rooms as functional - small, compact but have everything you need, and again very clean. Taking 1 star off for the rock hard bed.

Wonderful staff helped get me a room. It was clean, orderly, and soundproof. So I had a peaceful night's sleep without being affected by other travelers moving between rooms.

The location was excellent and the staff was very helpful. The room was small but functional. The only change we would make was the bed was incredibly hard, not just firm.

Great concept. Everything I need from a hotel, somewhere clean with a comfortable bed that's used as a base.

10/10 Exceptional

It is not a big room; however, everything was clean, the bed was soft and comfy, such a nice and cute little place to stay to explore around Bath, and at the same time, budget-friendly. The water pressure was strong enough, and the bathroom was provided with essentials like clean towels, shampoo, and body wash. There is a cafe/bar on the ground floor; I think they also provide breakfast. I didn't get to try it, but it looks nice. Overall a very good accommodation!
