Don’t recommend this hotel
The room was as pictured but with stained furniture. The hallways had a bad smell and we ended up not staying the night. The hallways were noisy with children running up and down them and in the stairwell. It seems that the hotel also serves as interim housing.

Poor stay
This is not a hotel. Should not be on Hotels.com. It is a building that houses long term stays with children running around the hallways and yelling in rooms and upset guests screaming and making things feel unsafe in the lobby. The only clean things were the beds and the toilet and shower. Nothing else wiped down and the floors not vacuumed or moped. I have a feeling this building houses families temporarily and should not be renting rooms to hotel guests.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I regret not reading the reviews before booking this terrible so call hotel, this place isn’t ran as a hotel instead it is being operated like a shelter. The rooms are nice, but the AC doesn’t work, they don’t provide housekeeping everyday and they withhold that information. The place smells, they’re kids running around, the workers are not friendly and professional. This was a disaster. When trying to get a refund they lie and play games, this place is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

8/10 Very good

Best part to stay is closed to Tim Hortons to get the Breakfast every morning. Also, laundry inside of the room is really convenient to wash and dry clothes, bath towels, and face towels. We stayed 5 nights but we couldn't get utensils even though their requirements 3 nights more stay can get utensils. They changed the garbage bags everyday and when we requested to additional bath towels, face towels, wash clothes, and blanket for sofa bed they gave us right away. Additional good point is full size of kitchen with full size of refrigerator, tons of closets but no drawers to put away our clothes. One regret is they didn't do vacuuming while we stay, no bed makings or no fun while we use the shower in the bathroom.

This property should not run as a hotel!! After feeling very uncomfortable/unsafe about the 20-25 people in the lobby, entryway and outside the door being very loud and very rude each night we came back to the hotel and I started doing some reading on what others experiences were (wondering if it was just a bad weekend) I learned this happens every night and people have had even had worse experiences. I read that this is actually a refugee residence. It should not run as a hotel to the public!

Take the time to read this comment. The hotel was clean. Once on the scene, it's like a ghetto. They installed the refugees at the hotel and the place is no longer suitable for tourists. There are many of them in front of the reception all day long. They are scary. It makes noises in the hallway. As a result of my experience, I don't recommend this hotel. Unless it changes their functioning.

Open electrical box above the range hood, range hood didn't work,no door seal on balcony door, bag of chips in the pullout couch, and worst of all we paid more for a room with 2 queens size beds and we only got one bed. They stated we would get a partial refund but I haven't received anything.

We did not like anything about this property. Everything was new but dirty to the point you had to walk around in shoes everywhere. The AC was broken in our room. We had a full kitchen with no cutlery or dishes and dish soap. Key cards did not work. No key cards to enter the elevators. Poor service, we had to beg for towels, pillows, and for our sheets to be changed.

Disappointing is being kind
Had two bookings for two rooms. Arrived to find one cancelled. They blamed Hotel.com for cancelling one booking. Then admitted that maybe they cancelled it because they saw two bookings with same surname. They found another room but charged me more even though it was not my mistake.

Don't book with this place.
Arrived to find my booking had been cancelled. Front desk blaned Hotels.com then admitted maybe their mistake because my parents also had a booking and they have same surname. They kept their booking for two nights and cancelled mine for one night. Unethical behaviour. They found another room but I had to pay an increased amount. They did not accept that they should give me the room at the same price.
