This was a fabulous hotel! Check-in was smooth & quick! We were gifted complimentary bottles of water for our stay. Room was clean, bright and decent size for our 2 queen beds. Location was awesome. It was nestles in a walkable area with shops & restaurants.

This was a great place near everything we needed. Staff was amazing. The beds were way too firm for me and the hot water never really got hot. Food was good, but coffee was never very strong. Everything was clean and bright and a fun place to hang out with family.

Enjoyable stay but with a few comments
The hotel and room looked great. It was a cool vibe with nice decor. The only bad thing we encountered were lots of strange noises. We kept hearing creaks and bumps. They weren't people, but noises from the building itself. I don't know if it was plumbing pipes, HVAC or what. Also, the heat in the room took forever to keep up with the winter cold.

So-so stay.
Bitter cold weather outside. Furnace and temperature control not working in our room. My 88 year old mother very distressed by this. Vinal flooring didn't help situation. Carpet would've been better. Staff attempting to help was appreciated. Rooms should be checked for basic functionality more frequently, especially in bitter cold weather for customer comfort. In town for a family wedding. Breakfast picked over at 9:20am. Supposed to be available until 10am.

Manager missed customer service class.
My stay occurred during the nationwide computer glitch which caused them to have no room key access. They had to walk us to our rooms to unlock them every time we left the room. We understood that this wasn’t their fault and took it in stride. Then they had no milk or syrup on the breakfast buffet. Upon checkout I suggested to them that they should have run to the grocery store for milk and syrup to keep their already upset guests appeased. The manager became verbally abusive towards me. Everyone else on staff was lovely and helpful. She should be fired. I would have stayed there again up until that point. She should not work in customer service. I will never stay there again.
