Compact room, was clean although too small, staff at counter were hard to communice with and unhelpful when trying to work out an upgrade.
If looking for overnight stay this would be sufficent; no longer than 1 night for me

Kinda of off the beaten path and sets back from main streets and can be a bit hard to find at first. Quite a way from the Tokyo train terminal and a 10 min walk to closets train station. This was one of only two taxis we took during our 14 days stay in Japan instead of carrying luggage the distance etc.

The hotel is located very well, but that is it's only advantage. The staff was not prepared and they confused our rooms, they accommodated two people in a single room and one person in double room! The breakfast is horrible, there is literally nothing else than dry rice and a little curry soup. The hotel has bad air conditioning and everything smells of curry. The rooms were ok, otherwise, excluding the heavy air.

No storage so this is not a family friendly hotel. Great if you are a transient with little luggage. Rate was very good. Breakfast was cold but good for the price but lacked variety for those wanting a healthy menu.

Good value for small hotel room.
Hotel was clean and easy reach to public transport and walking. Near Tokyo Station about 15 min walk. Be aware that room is small compared to what you are probably used to. Smallest on our around the world trip. Clean and decent hotel.

There is good amount of space in the room. Very easy check in. About 7-8 minutes to nearest train station, which is not covered. Overall very good hotel for the area and price.

Decent little hotel. Friendly staff, clean room. Comfortable bed/pillows.
Tokyo station is within walking distance, so is the tokyo city air terminal bus station. Can easily walk to Ginza as well.
Good little laundromat around the corner and 7eleven end of the street both 24hours.

Room such a too small, it was not enough space to put my Luggage and carry on bag.
And then I want to mentioned it about the area very dark and quiet street if night time walk by from JR. Couldn’t see people walked round even just 8pm That’s why I feel so disappointed and scary.

This hotel was in a convenient central location with easy access from the airport and a number of subway stations. It was clean and nicely furnished and felt like a very safe area. I’d definitely come back and recommend it.

Clean but quite a long walk from Tokyo station. If you need to go to supermarket, there is one near the hotel with all the food and groceries you need. The hotel staff will help provide you with the direction to the mart.

Great stay
Excellent!! The staffs are trying their best to accommodate non-Japanese speaking customers.
