The Buses leading to haram are a joke, they dont send to haram direclty, rather to another bus stop which then there are tons of people from a bunch of other hotels trying to catch the connecting bus. Also their schedule is another joke, sometimes its on time and sometimes not. If I knew how messy was this “bus to haram” thing I would of never booked there.

Everything was good, nice spacious clean rooms, all the required equipment in the room..great spread of breakfast. Shuttle service to haram,, helpful friendly courteous staff .large gym area, business centre, gift shop, .lunch and dinner also available at the hotel..not any eating places nearby. Was a mosque and bus stop opposite hotel. Thanks to everyone there.was a pleasant stay. .

The cleaning service should be improved as I waked everyday found a rubbish through at the coridor and beside lift to be honest that was my first time to see such a thing in an hotel also breakfast should include more varities. Overall it was a good experience with value for money and I love that the hotel provide free transportation to Haram approximately every hour I consider the bus is the spirt for this hotel

My stay at Mercure was very good, the rooms are a very good size and they are very clean. Room service is great, there is a switch in your room that you must press to indicate that you want room service. Shoutout to Md Saddam for great service! The breakfast options are good, with fresh omelettes available to be made every day for you. Breakfast timings of 6:30-10:30 are also very good. The shuttle service is okay. The Masjid al-haram authorities decide where hotel shuttles will stop on a cycle of a few weeks. You can ask the receptionist which bus stop it will stop at. During your visit, if it stops at Kudi bus station, then take the shuttle as it is quite close. If it stops at al-gazzah station, then do not take the shuttle, the walk is very long. Nearly 30 mins from the clock tower, and in the heat it can get difficult. Instead, take the number 6 public transport bus that stops right outside the hotel to the haram, this is much more frequent and stops near the haram (7 min walk). Trying to get the shuttle can be stressful because of the fixed timings, the public bus was much less stressful as it came very regularly. If you’re looking for a budget friendly stay of high quality and don’t mind taking a bus, this is definitely the place to go.

This property should be avoided at all costs! The front desk staff are incompetent and will pretend to be dealing with your issues when they actually are not. We had issues from the moment we arrived at the property. Although we had booked two rooms under the same reservation, the incompetent front desk staff could not find one of the rooms that we booked and made us wait for a good while in the hotel lobby, after we have had a long day of travelling. We were eventually provided with two key cards for two rooms but only to open one of the rooms and find out that the room was still occupied. We returned to the front desk to raise this issue and we were eventually given another room but it did not match the specs of what we initially reserved. The walls of the rooms are thin and you could hear people talking from other rooms and the bathroom facilities were inadequate. When we turned on the shower, there is an initial flow of hot water but this would quickly run out, and then we would have to finish our showers with cold water. There was always standing water in the shower tray and the water would overflow onto the bathroom floor and beyond making it very slippery and dangerous - both our rooms had to be attended by the maintenance team. There were 3 instances of the fire alarm going off and we were informed by the staff that these were as a result of people smoking in their rooms. Ultimately, we have had enough and cut our stay short and booked another hotel.

İbadet odaklı düşünenler için oldukça ekonomik ve yeterli hizmet sunulmaktadır. Tesis temiz ve oda içerisindeki ihtiyaç malzemeleri ile İnternet, klima, otopark imkanları iyi idi. Mescid-i haram'a biraz uzak ama otelin otobüs servisi var. Ayrıca otelin önünden geçen 06 numaralı belediye otobüsü ile Mescid-i Haram'a ulaşmak mümkün. Açık büfe kahvaltısı Asya kültürü ağırlıklı ama Türk kahvaltı kültürüne de çok uzak sayılmaz. Menemen ve bal dışında aradığımız şeyler vardı.
