Very disappointed
Frankly to say, very disappointed about this property. We have been there many times; this is the worst unit we ever had. The pictures on the website were misleading, (or it was taking many years ago), it looks new on the website but not as it is when we were there: the showers as well as the furniture needs to be improved, they were really old to use.

We stayed there a year ago they had Complimentary shuttle to the casinos and they had snacks and coffee in the mornings. Now they stopped at that was the reason why I had stayed there because of the shuttle.

6/10 Good

Property was in great location with pools, private beach and across the street from Whole Foods! The unit we got was different than the photos provided during booking which was a bit disappointing. The unit was clean with all kitchen needs and extra towels. Unfortunately the queen bed was soft and uncomfortable. The comforter and mattress cover had stains. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property!

2/10 Poor

Unfortunately for us after 13 years there we will no longer be back. New owners have turned into horrible experience. Quality is longer there smells like mold, carpet wet, fridge stunk, and things not safe inside including toilet! Staff are not friendly no hi or smiles there to greet you. Heaven forbid you need to call desk for anything no answer. Check out is 10am and if not out they harassed me 3 different times i was few minutes because they had towed my car for parking pass not on correctly. Showing u one time aggressive with security as we were liading our after we got it back from towyard. I was only 20 minutes late. So beware this place has gone down hill big time. Ill be taking family elsewhere....waste of money!!!!

Switched last minute,
We booked this condo two months prior. Was sent multiple emails about construction then was notified email a week before that we’re fine. There were no construction in our Condo. The night before we stayed, they emailed us with codes to the front door for the condo ,then 2 min later , another email @9pm stating the trip was canceled due to construction . we could choose a hotel room on the property. They told us it was more expensive in the hotel room. But they would eat the cost . I find that hard to believe. I think we were switched to the hotel room instead of the condo due to booking through hotels.com

6/10 Good

Pros: Great location, private beach access, clean, family friendly and lots of space. Cons: mattresses were awful, very uncomfortable. No A/C on main floor which was unfortunate since we were there for 4th of July weekend and heat wave. No smart TV. I would book Lakeland Village again but not this unit. It could use and update. Thats my mistake for not double checking on the amenities as these are pretty standard things for most places but if you're going anyother time of the year and dont mind a rustic vacay then these would not be an issue.

Close to the beach, has nice swimming pool and hot tub close by, office next door for information and towels, parking right outside …very convenient! Water pressure a little low and a little noisy due to construction upstairs, but overall a great place to stay with oven, stove, refrigerator for cooking options. Will come again for another stay!

Weekend getaway for a family wedding
It was a nice property overall but the construction, not enough parking (very tight parking too) the worst bed I’ve ever slept on ( had to go buy ibuprofen to take away the pain in my back) and needing 10 digit code to get into your room (the reader would time out before you enter the 4th digit which was beyond frustrating) and check in at 4pm and check out at 10am is weird as most places are an 3pm check in and allow you to check in early. our stay was pleasant. We stayed in a studio with a king which made it easy as my wife has Celiac disease so we were able to cook in our room. Even though I listed my frustrations above, we would stay here again as the property is beautiful surrounded by pines and the lake (which was a short walk across the villa)
