The accommodation was good because there were various options, but the details were lacking. For example, the cooking exhaust vent was not connected to the outside, the shower stall had a curtain, so water spilled onto the floor, towels had to be requested every day, and the breakfast at the restaurant was far worse compared to other places. What a great place to stay! Close to Simba Supermarked and a great chinese restaurant. The staff are so nice, polite, helpful and kind. The only negative was the breakfast. No buffet, the chef make the breakfast, but it takes a lot of time. I often eat my breakfast out of Oasis.

I love that there’s a restaurant, but prices are really too high, 10000 for a glass of wine for instance. There are people like me who come to Africa because of the culture and learning, not because we are rich. I hope Oasis Park can make a difference in this area, be affordable and empathetic towards tourists.

An amazing experience with top-notch customer service. Check-in was a breeze and was greeted with a smile. The beautiful property is very comfortable. They kindly offered me a generous late check-out since I had a late-night flight. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff worked hard to serve it with a smile. Oasis Park is now my go-to spot in Kigali. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, and it's very walkable if you want to stay active. The Kigali Heights and the Convention Center are nearby, and it's easy to reach anywhere from here due to the availability of various transportation options.
