Great hotel filled with friendly people. I want to ensure that Chris and Faith at the front desk get recognition. They both are so precessional and personable. A true asset to the hotel. I noticed a continuous noise around 4pm, I couldn’t make out what the noise was but it must have been a machine or something that would go on and off ( I could hear this noise the entire time during my stay). I notified the front desk and they assured me that it was noise from the extra mount of people there for an event (it wasn’t). I went to sleep with earplugs because the hotel room was just noisy overall. I was woken up at 2:25am by noise, doors closing and other noises- I called front desk and notified them , shortly after calling noise stopped. It was hard to fall back asleep. The next morning the front desk told me that the noise was probably from the overnight cleaning crew. Overall it was a terrible experience, mostly caused by noise that led to a bad nights sleep- not being able to sleep is the worst. You can tell th
