Art Hotel Capitol - Varna Bulgaria
A nice quiet hotel in a good location within easy walking distance of sea and shopping area. Underground car parking complimentary which was a plus. Room comfortable but shower unit flooded the floor of the bathroom which was disappointing. Breakfast very relaxing with good choice. We stay regularly on our way home from Varna airport. Suits are especially nice.
