Fine as a place to sleep

It's quite hard to find as it's in a side street and my phone was confused by the street layout. Although the receptionist didn't speak English, I checked in OK. The area is about 10 minutes' walk to Piazza Garibaldi and Central Station. You are given a voucher for breakfast (cappuccino and a croissant) at Cafeteria Splendore down the road from the hotel. The hotel was fine as a base - WiFi was reliable, the TV worked and there was a sofa. I did need ear plugs as the street outside was quite noisy at night - it's not the most pre-possessing of neighbourhoods, but I didn't have any trouble.

The host/owner was friendly and helpful. We arrived slightly later than planned and he was available to assist us with check in. Although there was a language barrier, he was patient, pleasant and very helpful. Location was great for easy access to many restaurants. The included breakfast at the cafe down the street was a perfect way to start the day. Very happy with our stay. Would be perfect for guests without a vehicle. Parking was a bit challenging.

Just stayed in the heart of historic Napoli, and I loved it! At first, the surrounding area threw me off, but a quick walk into town revealed how convenient and authentic the neighborhood is. Close to hotels, shops, and just a 10-minute walk to the 24-hour hop-on-hop-off tour stop. Breakfast is served at a nearby café—not in-house—where you can enjoy a coffee or cappuccino with a delicious cornetto (croissant). The pizza in Napoli is the best I’ve had in Italy. I tried all the local pizza shops they are delicious but different. I stayed in the smallest room, Dalia, which was cozy and perfect for me. The owners live on-site near the lobby, and they were super helpful. They held my luggage after checkout so I could grab breakfast and even called a cab to take me to the train station. An "Ok" stay but not as advertised

Id booked a room boasting of a with a "courtyard view," which sounded very appealing but this wasnt true. My room had a view of the next building. No court yard or any view to enjoy.

The hotel main in the city, main railway station Napoli Termini and metro is just 5-6 minutes walkable distance. There are so many supermarkets and souvenirs shops near the hotel.

Good hotel for the price

Perfectly fine hotel if you just need a place to stay centrally in Naples. Pretty newly renovated room which was very clean and spacious. Not the place for a cozy family vacation, but serves very well for sleeping centrally for a good price. Bring earplugs as the doors and windows are thin.

A little bit of luxury

After a little uncertainty about checking in, as reception was only advertised to be open in the morning, we managed to check in - despite the poor man on reception not speaking English. The room was beautiful and clean, Air conditioned and had a small TV! Beds could have been comfier, but it made a lovely base for our weekend adventures. Breakfast was included at a little bar around the corner.

My Luxury B&B superbly run, clean, crisp, large room with much needed aircon. This was the perfect point to explore Naples for me. Easy reach (walking) of most of the historical buildings of interest. Easy reach of the station and metro making it a perfect location to travel to pompeii and alike. Short walk to Spaccanapoli, amazing restaurants, bars, cafes and gift shops. Fascinating architecture, people noise and the hustle and bustle of a busy city. Taken back by the amount of rubbish littering the city streets especially plastic bottles. If feels like the Refuge collectors or street cleaners are non existence, so why are tourist paying tourist taxes?

It’s alright for a night or two but the 20 € pay for arrival after 20:00 and the 5€ for the luggage deposit seem a bit much for me. The room was alright and very clean and the attendant nice.

Do not recommend

The neighborhood was so bad to stay and So noisy, we did not even feel safe. There were some hair on our sheets which was so disgusting but beside that room were seem to be clean Beside all this negativity registration were helpful even though he did not know speak English he did help however we reserve for single person that is our fault but they have asked for 25 euro extra other people. This place not really with that money. And beside neighborhood this hotel is renovated however I would not recommend to go and stay that neighborhood if you are lady or couple.

The property is small, but very clean. It‘s very close to the busy area, so you can walk easily everywhere. The welcome was very warm. You shouldn‘t book the rooms when you are sensitive to noise. Our room was very noisy. You can hear every single sound from the entrance and reception.

Small family run B&B. Host doesn’t speak English, but he is very friendly and helpful! We had a great stay, modern, clean and safe place. Our only complaint is that it was very noisy. Both from inside and outside. No proper doors for each room, so you could hear everything going on. Same for outside, you could hear everything like if the window was open. A lot of yelling from the backyard.
