I accidentally booked a room for two when I only wanted a single. I messaged this hotel, who didn't answer my query and were only interested in being paid. My card company had stopped my card due to fraud. This hotel suggested I send the details of another card by Expedia message, where it says "do not send credit card details with Expedia messages". By this time I had lost faith in them and didn't want to stay there. However, they held me to ransom by refusing to cancel my booking. They understand that as a result of that I will be giving them a bad review, so here it is. They are clearly not interested in my repeat business and they should not get yours.
