Check in was good, We enjoyed our stay as the Sago which has been through a renovation. Housekeeping provided wonderful service. We were overcharged on drinks placed at the bar which I should have made a note at the time with management. After check out, management made a mistake on the count of towels, robes and linens in the room, called me advising of this discrepancy that was essentially an accusation that we took a robe from the room. The situation eventually was resolved but should have been verified internally before guest involvement.
