Only negative was no room service. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating. Great location. Views from the top floors are unparalleled. Just a few minutes to the beach, which was sandy and very large. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at the Valentin Reina Paguera
Great stay at the Valentin Reina Paguera. The location was in beautiful quiet Paguera, close to Palma and the airport. Good value accommodation, great value breakfast and meals, superb staff. Good entertainment. I would love to return to this location and would highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel, nice clean rooms and great surroundings. The pool is a great size and there wasn’t ever a fight for the sunbeds, there were plenty to choose from anytime we got there. It’s a lovely adults only environment and the WiFi is great around the pool area too. There was entertainment every night, admittedly some better than others but still a nice option to go and sit and watch to end the day. My only negatives were the lifts were very slow at times and could cause quite a queue and also we opted for the evening buffet meal one night and were quite disappointed, we got there an hour before it closed but a lot of the produce had not been topped up or refilled, it seemed to be a first come first served thing for the star dishes which isn’t great when we paid the same as someone who got there when it opened. Nothing was labelled as veggie too, I had to do alot of guesswork. Breakfast was always really good however. Overall really great hotel and I would happily stay again. Just another note to say the hotel felt very covid safe, everyone wore masks indoors without question, everyone had to use hand gel upon entry to the buffets and there is the option to have your breakfast and dinner on the outdoor tables if you wish, all entertainment is hosted outdoors aswell.

Nice hotel
I have stayed at the hotel with my sister. Very clean and quiet room with a lovely sea view but a bit outdated for us. Professional and kind staff. A good selection of food at breakfast and a lot of options at dinner time (does not include drinks). Day entertainment could be a bit more fun (they have fitness, pilates, stretching), evening entertainment was really good but finishes before 11pm :( Overall quite happy with the choice and would definitely recommend it.
