The hotel is close to the Porta Susa rail station (about 15-20 minutes' walk or a short trip by bus or metropolitan subway).
The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly and spoke good English (I spoke to them in Italian but also observed them speaking English with other guests).
The room was clean, spacious and very warm (which was a bonus, as I arrived at the hotel on a very cold and rainy day).
The bed was comfortable and the room quiet (save for the noise caused by the rainwater dripping on a nearby metal roof, but that was not something that depended from the hotel).
The only (minor) remark about my room was that the bathroom's door would not close or lock, remaining slightly ajar, but that was just a minor inconvenience.
Also, as a suggestion, installing safes with combination locks in the rooms (as many hotels nowadays do) will be a nice touch: whilst it is true that one can leave valuables or documents at a hotel's reception, it is always an added bonus for a guest to have the convenience of a personal safe in the room.
The food at the breakfast was freshly prepared and abundant.
Finally, the price was extremely good, making the experience at the hotel very positive.
