Everything was good except water get spilled to bathroom floor when using shower.
They should have shower curtain or something similar. WiFi is a little weak and I had
to go upstair to get better reception.

A deflating situation from moment of arrival
Got a phone call 24hrs prior to staying in Rome with regards to staying at the Liberty Boutique Hotel which allegedly was closed due to maintenance work.. We were offered the Prince Galles as an alternative and we were assured by Expedia that this would be an upgrade offered due to the inconvenience and the short notice. So, being in a situation of having just internet access limited to my partners phone we looked it up and saw a typical picture of the building but couldn’t get pictures of the interior and being in Naples and at this point panicking we decided to take it. Big mistake..... The room was big with ensuite facilities the only pros. The cons were endless.. very old fashioned and dark in decor. A cloth material covering the walls and ceiling, making it feel like a padded cell. 4 out of 8 light bulbs were not working. A lot of dust under and around furniture. For some reason they turn off the air con this time of the year and bearing in mind that the temperature reached highs of 25’C in the day the room felt very hot and sticky at night and I did not sleep at all well. I even asked for a fan to at least circulate the air around the room. They did not have one that we could use. That really got my back up. Our original booking was for a room with a queen size bed, we ended up with twin beds. In my eyes it was most certainly deflating from when we first got there to when we left and we feel this all could of been avoided earlier or at least before we left the UK

Very good acommodation near termini station
Nice hotel near Termini station, just a five minutes walk. Spacious and clean room with all the necessary to spend a three night trip in Rome.
My girlfriend and I were surprised by the dimension of our room, including the bathroom. The receptionists, all of them, were very friendly towards us. Both the check-in and the check-out were easy and quick.
Although we did not try the restaurant or had breakfast, I would recommend the hotel 100%.

Nice Hotel near Roma Termini Central Station
Overall pleasant stay at hotel @ Prince Galles. Deluxe Triple room facility has a duplex setup which was an added pleasure. Bathroom was excellent, clean and modern steam shower facility. Reception lady was very courteous and helpful !! I would rate my stay in the hotel as above expectations and would again stay in the same hotel if I go back to Roma. Only point for improvement would be the wifi speed at the rooms which was quite slow

Close to Roma Termini
Stayed here for a night as I need to travel out from Rome the next morning. Hotel is just a few blocks away from Roma Termini. It's an old hotel that really need some upgrade. If you are looking for a place that is near to train station, this may be your choice.

Average hotel
The hotel was ok, I would not call it a 3 star, may be a 2 star rating. However the breakfast quality is not good. The hotel should invest in good "quality" breakfast. It can be a few things but quality of food is important.

Quiet hotel
Basic hotel, over priced. Close to train station, but far from attractions. The staff gave directions when asked, but not nearly as friendly as most Italians. Nice sound proofed Windows. The free wifi did not connect.

Great place near Termini
We just needed a place for one night in Rome, in between other destinations, and looked for something near the train station (Termini). We were delighted with this choice. Great old building. Nice, spacious room and enormous bathroom. Although the shower was a little cramped! Great breakfast. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel close to the train
The room was excellent! A really cute little loft above with beds below to very comfortably accommodate four adults. It was clean with a wonderful bathroom. The only complaint was the Wi-Fi, we had to go to the adjacent hotel to use it. I asked the evening staff and they said to wait till the morning and when I asked the morning staff, they said to wait till after 9 am. Breakfast was included which we didn't realize so that was awesome and it was bacon and eggs unlike most of the others with just pastries and cereals etc.
