It’s worth a look inside.
The hotel was conveniently located directly across from the train station and spacious, luxurious, and immaculate inside the rooms. The hallways were a narrow maze with older stained carpet down the center. The front area of the hotel was under construction and it was almost impossible to find the entrance. If a worker hadn’t pointed to it we would never have found the door.

Decent Hotel with Friendly Staff
The big appeal to this hotel is its sterling location across the street from Roma Termini. I could go across the street, grab a croissant and coffee and be back in my room in under 10 minutes. The hotel is pretty decent, although it's hard to tell right now because the lobby is undergoing a renovation. The rooms are adequate, clean, everything worked, and the beds are comfortable. I wouldn't mind staying here again since the price is right.

Deceitful Advertising
The only good thing about this room was that it was clean. Cleaning staff is top notch! Breakfast was ok, but not worth $25 pricetag. The pictures of the rooms on website are not what you get. There was no a/c even though it is advertise as having a/c. If you have an inside room, there is no air circulating even if the windows are open. They are remodeling and that should be disclosed in the booking process. Hotel Maddison Roma was notnworth the $500 pricetag for 2 nights!

Best place to stay across train station
Check in time was 3p but have luggage storage room. Breakfast small spread but ok. Receptionist very friendly. Booked car service to airport via hotel service. No coffe pot in the room . Location outstanding, just across the train station and food and markets at the train station.

Great place to stay if you want to see Rome
Great place to stay right next to Termini Station all the staff were very friendly and bi- lingual, they have a large choice for breakfast, very quiet in the motel. There are several good places to eat on the sidewalk near the motel.

Disappointed
**Review:** The hotel’s location is perfect; however, I would not stay at this hotel again for the following reasons: 1. **Theft**: I had a pair of shorts stolen from my room, and while the issue isn’t about the material loss, it’s about trust. I trusted that I could leave my belongings in the room without concern. The day after I noticed the shorts were missing, we placed the "in bed" sign on the door to ensure no one would enter our room. That night we were out, and when we returned, we found that someone had entered the room despite the sign, removed our key, and left behind a cleaning cloth. I have traveled to many different countries, and this is the first time something like this has happened to me. I have also worked in hotels, and my suggestion would be to implement a system where staff members' belongings are checked at the end of their shifts to ensure they are not taking anything that doesn't belong to them. 2. **Breakfast**: I would suggest offering more options for guests with dietary restrictions, such as those who are intolerant to dairy, soy, or gluten. A wider variety of vegetables and fruits, as well as non-dairy milk options like rice or oat milk, would be appreciated. While the location was excellent, these issues made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing.
