Ankgor Village Hotel was a paradise. The hotel is as beautiful as the pictures and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Angkor Village Hotel is an outstanding 5 star hotel, part of the small luxury hotels of the world network. Lovely setting with lots of wood and a lotus pond. Our room was fabulous. The food was great including lovely breakfasts. The staff were very attentive. We enjoyed the spa treatment. Easy - 10 minute max - walk into town . Highly recommended

Great hotel in the city. In the rainy season it is hard to move around as you are outside (umbrella's are provided). Rooms are nice and there are no adjoining walls so noise is limited. Overhangs and plants make the rooms a bit dark (maybe second floor would be better). All in all a great hotel, good location, and reasonably priced for what you get.
