This was a quick overnight stay as we had an early flight from airport but we were very pleased with the excellent service from the front desk upon checkin and all the restaurant staff. The top floor room was clean and spacious and we loved how the windows fully opened with a nice view to the city.

Great hotel, staff polite and helpful. Lovely looking building inside and out. Watch the tiles on the bedroom floor as slipped over very badly on them (it hurts!) Bathroom tiles no bother at all! Ate in the bar, excellent service by lady behind the bar. Room was lovely (besides the slippy tiles). Comfy bed and we had shutters and a balcony. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours (a very loud snorer next door) but fortunately managed to sleep okay. The walls are supposedly soundproofed. If you’re driving we got confused by the ZTL signs which show before the hotel but the staff assured us they are out of the zone and these signs are to do with emissions on old cars.

A great option for arriving late in evening from airport or if you have a flight next morning. Room was nice, clean, and as expected. You won’t be close to activities or many restaurants but we just needed a place to sleep for one night before venturing out the next day so it was exactly what we needed!

We needed a hotel near the airport but also had parking. The rooms aren't big but was perfect. We had to get two rooms for our family of five but that worked out well. The family liked it so much,we ended up staying there on the way out of Florence as well.

The mattress was very comfortable, and room very clean, with good organization for storage. Only problem was the temperature. It stayed at 24C (too warm) no matter what we did with the thermostat.

We had a great time during our stay! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. However, the rooms aren’t very soundproof (or maybe they’re just really loud) my husband and I were woken up by our neighbors who were, let’s just say enjoying themselves a bit too loudly well past midnight lol, it was hard to ignore the moaning and banging on the walls. If you’re traveling with kids, you might want to turn up the TV for some extra noise cover! Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very disappointed as swimming pool which is part of the hotel €14 per person which as a point of principle we didn’t use but wanted to I think we where over charged by Hotel.com as clearly it was €190 euro per night bed and breakfast Breakfast was very poor and also not worth the money

I liked that there are many parking and big area around the hotel belong to the hotel , i didn’t like there is no ironing in the room , only down stairs near reception there is a room for iron steamer , i don’t like to pay for using the swimming pool outside , i didn’t like every time you wanted a thing like slipper or toothpaste you need to go down and take it from reception .

Poor customer service at the front desk, both men had an attitude when asking questions. One made a joke that I was lying about being unable to enter the pool area, but he had someone walk me over and the pool door was in fact LOCKED. Overall it’s a mediocre hotel with poor service. Save your money.
