Disgusting Room

The room was gross. The faucet had green scum and looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in months. It came with no towels (we had to ask for some), and the AC leaked water from the ceiling. The shower had poor drainage and pooled water when being used. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent on almost every level. My room was a little tired but nothing wrong with it. I will be returning to Monterrey and Anataris no question. Being across the road from paque Fundidora (with a pedestrian bridge) it made it the perfect location for the concert I was attending, sight seeing in Fundidora itself and acees to the canal taking you to downtown for shopping. I could not have asked for a better hotel, location or staff. They were very accommodating with my limited spanish and the restaurant was excellent. Great food and drinks everytime and the pricing was excellent as well. Again, I could not have asked for better.

Really bad customer service. The door keys did no work almost for 3 days, sometimes I had to come back to front desk up to 3-4 times to ask for help to get into my room.

Unexpected Hotel Revelations

My 1st floor room overlooking the front of the hotel had one large single pane window with a blackout curtain that didn't help insulate my room from the heavy traffic and near freezing temperatures the week of my stay. The thermostat didn't work and after complaining for the 2nd time I was finally provided a space heater the last 3 days of my stay. Also, there's no electricity in the room unless your room key is inserted into the wall key card holder while you inhabit the room. Some of the wall light switches didn't work so I had to manually unplug the nightstand lights. I could have removed the room key from the wall to darken my room but that would have kept my phone and pc from recharging. My bathroom shower leaked water from various sources via shower door and underneath the adjoining glass partition. The hotel restaurant was great as was the service. Unfortunately there isn't a bar so the steps away Chillis restaurant provided for me one.

La primer habitación que nos dieron apestaba a caño, tuvimos que pedir cambio, el encargado en turno, muy amable, fue a verificar otra habitación que estuviera "bien", pero se siente viejo, todos los días faltaban toallas, había que estar pidiendo y por lo menos una vez al día se desconfiguraba la llave, haciéndonos bajar a recepción. Buena ubicación, pero en general malo

la peor experiencia desde la llegada, mas de 1 hr para poder realizar mi check in a las 4 pm. 1 sola persona en recepción y sin habitaciones listas.. ya que me entregaron la habitación, esta olía espantoso a drenaje, mas tarde al utilizar la regadera se encharcaba, no se iba el agua ya varias veces anteriores me había quedado en este hotel y era muy diferente, no se si cambiaron de administración, gerencia o no se que pasa.. pero fue una pésima experiencia
