Went there to check in, i had to wait for 20 minutes before the receptionist appeared (as he was trying to solve a water supply issue, the water being unavailable at the property since the morning as one of the hotel guests advised me). I have requested the receptionist to confirm when is the water expected to be supplied again, he failed to provide an exact answer just saying that they're working on it so i have asked them to cancel my booking but they insisted it should be done through Expedia where the change/ cancellation option was not available. I had to book at another hotel so i can spend the night, but no refund has been made by Moments Living Hotel.
