Check-in was a big clunky, I think that their systems don't account for phone numbers with trunk prefixes (in other words, they might handle numbers that start with +47 but not with 0047). Failing to send me check-in information, I tried reaching them on the number listed at hotels.com, but that didn't work. I finally found them on WhatsApp through a number posted on a sign at their door.
After check-in, everything went smooth. Everything was clean and felt quite new.
I want to highlight that my room had a large TV with good resolution and a long hdmi cable for my own device, besting most "business hotel" offerings as soon as they could.
