Workers pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and cozy. It was to be able cook and prepare meals. It would be nice to add a gym, access to fax and printer services. I'm a travel nurse here to help out with COVD19. The rates could be better for travel nurse here. I would think the hotels would consider the rates during such a time in need of help during a crisis.

Traveling with another couple. Initially told they would not switch room assignments so we could be close together. It was only after we went to our assigned room to find someone already in it that they agreed to let us be near each other. It is suppose to be non smoking and the 4th floor clearly reaks of smoke. The rooms are dirty. When looking for bed bugs the bed skirt

The staff was very friendly and gave me great recommendations on places to go. I didn’t like that there was no iron or blow dryer in the room. However, they had an iron at the front desk.

The worst stay I have had
There was a sign posted on the desk stated your debit/credit card would have a $100 hold on it up to 5-10 days after you check out. My debit card was charged $115 not $100, the property was dirty. The hallway smelled of smoke. The same piece of paper was in the elevator my entire stay. In my room I questioned if my sheets were fresh. In the bathroom the bathtub facet leaked and dripped my entire stay. I will not use this hotel ever again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Requested move to a different room because of noise from the floor above me. It was denied. I had to pay for another room to get moved to the 4th floor so that my daughter and I could get some rest before a volleyball tournament on Sunday. HORRIBLE customer service. Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life.

WORST NIGHT EVER.
What a terrible experience. I asked to be moved to a different room and was told I would have to pay for another room. And at 11:00 at night - when I had listened to the party upstairs for FIVE HOURS - I paid for another room so we could get some rest. Ridiculously TERRIBLE customer service.

OK but....
A simple place at a low price. Chemical smell from cleaning solutions was so strong it irritated my eyes and throat. Probably would not choose again.

Great location, comfortable bed, decent linens, good kitchenette. An overall good level of cleanliness and pleasant staff.
The sound-proofing is excellent for outside noise, but not as good between rooms. A next-door guest's television disturbed us late at night.

The best thing about our staff was the friendliness of the staff at the front desk. Also, could bring the dog for a fee. But, the rooms did not look like what was pictured on Expedia. There was no continental breakfast - just a coffee pot and some packaged bars. There were no bathroom cups, the tissues were so thin and cheap you had to use 3 at a time, and there were no utensils! They allowed semi-trailers park in front of the entrance so that a 2-way drive became one way due to vehicular obstruction.

The location was convenient and the small kitchen was a plus. I was rather surprised that there was no hair drier (at least, I always carry my own - just in case). Though I didn't need it, the guest laundry room would be a great convenience for anyone who needed to do some wash.

The establishment was clean.... that is VERY important!!!
I wish there would have been something more offered for breakfast besides coffee.... no decaf was available.
The walls are not insulated very well.
I will stay there again.
