All was great, the people in the reception area and in the restaurant. Our only complaint is related to the key card that almost all the time did not work to open the elevator to take us to the floor we had our room.

The hotel Radisson is Located in Chapinero, Great neighborhood. lots of good options for eating and dining. Staff at the hotel was very friendly and professional. My room was spacious and quiet.
