    Terrible experience.

They gave me a smoking room without asking me and it smells horrible. When I checked out and gave back my key card, they claimed that I have not paid for my room by mistakes.

Great, need to update the aircon controls. ut

Great smart little hotel. Because they don’t have temperature control per room they provide a mini air conditioner which is only ok. Imagine it can get v hot with sun facing rooms. Great stay otherwise.

I enjoyed my stay. I had a nice view and I thought the staff was friendly. It was nice to get to see an area around the hotel I might otherwise not have explored. I also found that the local station, Shimbashi was a convenient station both to get to Shinjuku/Shibuya, to the airport and also to the wonderful TeamLab exhibition that I went to
