The property sits on a very scenic location with rooms facing the lake. That is the best part. However, the rooms are not maintained. Eg a broken arm rest of a chair that was just kept in place and falling shower head. Someone can be seriously hurt.
The food is average. Breakfast is ways below par. The hotel staff is trained to ask for payment immediately when you place the order, not after you are served or ready to leave. It is really a cheap mannerism and very insulting for a so called high class resort. Under the guise of sustainability, they provide only a refilled bottle of water in the room, with written instructions that guest can refill in hotel lobby. Really? Heard of customer service or hospitality? And they sell plastic water bottles in the Bar for $3 each. The staff doesnt seem to like working there, and reflects in their dealing with the guests. Highly suggest some serious staff training and change in service attitude if you wish to attract clientele. You have a prime property, pls pay attention to service and dining!
